Frequently asked questions

What is a Hypershell exoskeleton?

The Hypershell X Pro S is a lightweight powered exoskeleton worn around your waist and thighs. An electric motor assists each stride, reducing the effort of walking — like an e-bike for your legs.

Is it safe?

Yes. Every rental starts with a professional fitting and safety orientation, and the assist level is set to match your comfort. You stay in full control — the unit assists your natural movement, it doesn't move for you.

Who can ride?

Adults and teens 16+ (under 18 requires a guardian's signature). You should be comfortable walking unassisted. Weight limit 220 lbs. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have recent leg injuries, please check with your doctor first.

What if it rains?

Florida showers happen. If weather shuts us down, we'll rebook your slot or cancel it — your call, no charge.

How far can I go?

Each battery is good for up to 17.5 km (about 11 miles) — far more than you'll need for an hour at the Pier.

How do I pay?

Book your slot online, then pay at the tent when you arrive — card or cash. Rentals start at $25 for one hour, up to $140 for a full day.
